To use the Tenant App, download the HOMI Tenants app on your smartphone through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

It's easy to connect to the Tenant App:

• Once the app is installed, open it by looking for HOMI on your smartphone, then press the login button.
• Enter the email address you gave up when you became a tenant. Any registered occupant of the lease contract can access the tenant app with their own email address.
• You will now receive a code in your mailbox. It may take a minute or two for the code to arrive.
• Enter the code you received in the tenant app. You are now connected.

If you receive an error while logging in, or if you don't receive a code, please check the following:

• Make sure the code did not arrive in your Junk mail folder
• Use the Try again button to send another code
• Verify if the email address you entered is correct, and matches the email address you used when you became a tenant

In some cases, access to the Tenant App may not be possible for your lease contract:

• One of the other occupants in your lease contract has explicitly asked us to block tenant app access for other members of the household
• The same email address was used for multiple occupants, which is not allowed: please provide us with a personal email address for every occupant in your household
• Your access to the Tenant App was blocked after a violation of our Terms & Conditions
